Because astrology and numerology reports on AstroFuture AI are generated instantly from the birth details you provide, our refund policy looks different from a typical physical-goods return policy. This page explains exactly when a refund is possible, when it isn't, and how to request one if you qualify.

Subscription Plans

Premium Subscriptions

  • No refunds are provided once a subscription plan has been activated and the user has access to premium features.
  • Subscription benefits remain active until the end of the billing period, even if cancelled.
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
  • To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan.

    • Report Generation

    No Refunds After Processing

  • Once a numerology or astrology report generation has started (entered "processing" stage), no refunds will be provided.
  • Reports are generated instantly based on the information you provide.

    • Incorrect Information

  • No refunds will be provided if the user has entered incorrect birth details, name, or other personal information.
  • It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before generating reports.

    • Exceptional Circumstances

    Refund requests may be considered within 1 hour of payment only if:

  • The order has not been processed yet
  • There was a technical error on our end preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate charges occurred due to system errors
